How do I place an order?

You can place an order online, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. If you prefer to place an order via phone, you can call us from 9:00am to 7:30pm EST at (631) 277-4471.

Is my order secure?
I do not see https:// and/or the security icon in the bottom of the browser.

Yes. Although, the first page of the order process will not secure because there is no sensitive information collection on our product description and pricing page, the second page and thereafter is secure. After placing items in your cart and clicking on the `Go to Payments' button, a security alert will be displayed stating `You are about to view pages over a secure connection'. You will then see the 's' added to the http:// to create a URL that starts with https://. In addition, our site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/Sans Internet Security Test. The McAfee Secure mark appears on the Home Page of our website, and ONLY appears when a web site's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may click the icon at any time 24/7 to verify this...

Is there a minimum order?
 |
You must meet the minimum quantity per item, as listed in the item detail. If you place an order for a quantity that is lower than the minimum quantity for that item, we will email you with an error notice, and cancel your order.
Note: Orders for Sweet Shop Holiday Truffles are sold in Bulk. You must order full case quantities and there is a minimum purchase required of $400 for the 'Sweet Shop Holiday Truffles". You may 'mix and match' Sweet Shop Truffle Cases to meet the minimum requirements, provided that all items are in full case quantities. Should your order not meet the minimum requirements, we will email you an error notification, and your order will be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
 |
We only ship within the Continental United States, provided that the ship to address is serviced by UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Although a few of our items may be shipped to Canada, but you must call us to place the order.
Canadian Customers: Please call us prior to placing your order, as the shipping charges and shipping options may differ from the shopping cart calculations. In addition, not all items can be shipped to Canada. Should you not call us first, we will not ship your order until the actual shipping charges are confirmed with you. You can call us from 9am to 7:30pm EST at (631) 277-4471.
Canadian Customers Please Note: All courier shipments importing into Canada with a value exceeding $20 CAD require customs clearance by a broker. Thus, you may be charged a UPS Brokerage Fee, separate from your invoice with Wishing You Well Wedding Favors. This brokerage fee is totally out of our control. When items are shipped via UPS Standard Ground service to Canada, UPS charges a brokerage fee directly to the recipient of the package. This fee is proportional to the value of the shipment.
Customs Fees and VAT
Customs fees and VAT (value added tax) are typically charged by the Canadian government and must be paid by you once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be if any. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

When will my order be shipped?

Non Personalized orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your order. (Most are shipped within 3 business days) If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of the return to stock date, prior to placing your order.
Sweet Shop USA Chocolates takes 2 weeks to be processed, as the chocolates are handmade. Because these chocolates are made fresh to order, they can not be returned. When ordering Sweet Shop Truffles, please make sure someone is available to receive your order, as they will not be left at the door. This policy can not be waivered, as it protects your chocolates from the environment (ex: melting during hot days etc.)
Personalized orders and or personalized favor tags are can take up to 10 business days prior to shipping your order for lead time.
Mikasa Crystal Favors takes 3 weeks lead time in addition to shipping time in transit.

How will my order be shipped and when will I receive my order?

We ship UPS and on occasion we will ship Fed Ex. Shipping time in transit is usually 1-5 business days in addition to processing time. We will email you with the tracking information, as soon as the order is shipped.
Exceptions:
Light weight paper items such as Personalized Favor tags are sometimes sent via the US Mail via Priority Mail as we find this method to be cost effective to our customers.
On occassion, at the discretion of the distributor and at no additonal charge to you, some of D'Lusso's fragile items may be may be selected for private trucking. If your order has been selected for this method, the distributor may contact you directly to set up the delivery schedule as the driver will require someone be available to sign for the order. Orders selected for this method are normally within NY tri-state area ( NYC, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens & the Bronx).
Important Note: Although we do our best to calculating shipping charges at the time of check out, on occasion some of our extremly heavy or extra large carton sizes may incur additional shipping charges. If this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

What is your return policy?
 |
If you need to return merchandise, we will take back the merchandise up to 5 days from the date you received your order. You must call us for instructions and return authorization prior to shipping the merchandise back to us. We will not accept returns without a return authorization. The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back into stock. We will refund for the value of the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable. In addition, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the favors, and the shipping method must be trackable. Please note that we return full quantities only. We do not accept returns for individual pieces due to over ordering.
Custom orders, perishable food items, wrapped items or personalized items are not refundable, as these items may not be resold.
Damages:
Upon receipt of you order you must inspect the order and report any damages within 24 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim.
** Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair. We assume no legal responsibilties for situations that may arise out of our control.

Can I cancel my order?
 |
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any cancelled orders will be subject to 4% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed. Please pay attention to minimum order quantities, as this will result in a 4% charge if your order is cancelled.
Any order already shipped can not be cancelled. If Customer requests a cancellation after the order has been shipped and refuses the package, the case will fall under the Return Policy and shipping and restocking charges will apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover. All dollars are payable in US Dollars. We are not responsible for charges incurred by your credit card company to convert the funds to US Dollars.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
 |
We charge sales tax to any ship to address in New York State only. All other ship to addresses are exempt from NY Sales tax. Please note that in NYS, shipping charges are taxable.

Price Changes?
 |
In the event of a price change, the price in effect at time you place your order will prevail.

Other Important Information
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. *** We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for any reason*** Should this happen, we will email you with a cancellation notice.
** It is your responsibility to provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. We can not be responsible for 'full mailboxes' and 'full voice mails' etc.
